2. What data we process

This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or analytics scripts. We process personal data in the following cases:

Contact and bookings. When you contact us by email or book a call, we process the information you provide (name, email address, and the content of your message) to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
AI concierge pages. We build and operate AI concierge chat pages for client businesses and as demonstrations. When you use one, the text you type is processed to generate a reply and is transmitted for that purpose to Anthropic PBC (USA) as the AI model provider. Conversations are logged so that the business the concierge represents can see what visitors asked, and short-lived technical counters are kept for abuse prevention. If you choose to leave contact details (such as an email address, dates, or a request), they are stored and forwarded to that business, which is the data controller for its own leads; email notifications are delivered via Resend, Inc. (USA). Concierge pages are hosted on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Please do not enter sensitive personal data into a concierge chat.

Where data is processed in the United States, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technical access data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) in server log files as technically necessary to deliver the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be processed on servers in the United States; transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Details: Vercel Privacy Policy.

4. Web fonts

This website loads the fonts Cormorant Garamond and Montserrat from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). When a page is loaded, your browser connects to Google's servers and transmits your IP address. Details: Google Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

Orders and call bookings are handled via Stan Store (Stan For All, Inc., USA). When you use these links, Stan's own privacy policy applies: Stan Privacy Policy.
