These terms describe new commissions for Quant49 interactive 3D floor plans with AI Concierge. Your written proposal sets out the agreed scope, total price, delivery milestones and support arrangements. Existing signed agreements continue to govern their respective projects.
Every project combines interactive 3D exploration, floor plans, approved imagery and an AI Concierge. A single luxury property is €3,500 one-time plus €150/month. A development with 2–10 connected units is €5,000 one-time plus €250/month. Developments with more than 10 units receive a custom proposal from €8,000 one-time plus from €350/month. All prices are in euros. The monthly fee is in addition to the one-time build price.
We review your plans, specifications and imagery before confirming the work. The proposal identifies the residences, model detail, neighborhood coverage, imagery and integrations included. Any additional work is agreed before it is carried out.
Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope and receipt of the source materials. The proposal records the milestones, review stages and revision allowance. You review the architectural model before the AI Concierge and final experience are completed. We agree the launch with you after review.
Interactive models interpret the supplied plans and visual references. Estimated dimensions and illustrative details are identified; the experience does not replace architectural, survey or construction documents. You confirm the property information and approve the materials used to represent it.
Each experience has a monthly fee: €150 for a single luxury property, €250 for a development of up to 10 connected units, and from €350 for developments with more than 10 units. The proposal specifies the hosting, AI usage, content updates and maintenance covered by this fee before commissioning. The proposal also sets out the support period, renewal or cancellation arrangements and what happens to hosting when support ends.
The concierge is configured to answer from the property information you provide and we review. It is designed to acknowledge missing information and refer questions to your team. It is not authorised to confirm viewings, commit to availability, negotiate terms, or make safety judgments on your behalf. AI-generated answers can contain errors; material property details and any commitments must be confirmed by the agent. You are responsible for keeping your supplied information accurate. We are responsible for configuring and testing these boundaries and correcting reported issues within the agreed scope.
Prices are in euros. Your proposal confirms the total payable, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any cancellation or refund arrangements before you commit. No additional work or recurring service is charged without agreement.
